All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options, and delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination country)

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60 (domestic only).

4. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs office.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
